Vinh is a Senior Associate at Forte Family Lawyers, practising exclusively in family law. He has been with the firm since his admission in 2017.
He advises clients across all aspects of family and relationship law, including property and financial settlements, financial agreements (including prenuptial agreements), parenting arrangements, child support and divorce.
Vinh has experience in complex matters involving significant asset pools, business and trust structures, and international elements. This includes matters involving overseas property, parties or children living abroad, and cross-border considerations, including in Vietnam and other jurisdictions.
He has also acted in complex parenting matters involving serious risk issues, including family violence and child safety concerns.
Vinh works closely with professional partners such as accountants, mediators and other lawyers to ensure that clients receive clear, practical advice and a well-coordinated approach throughout the course of their matter.
He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the Law Institute of Victoria and the Asian Australian Lawyers’ Association. He obtained Specialist Accreditation as a Family Lawyer from the Law Institute of Victoria in 2025.
