Sally is a Senior Associate at Forte Family Lawyers and has over 10 years of experience as a family lawyer. Sally has also completed post-graduate qualifications in family law, completing her Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) in 2015.

Prior to joining Forte Family Lawyers, Sally worked as a family lawyer in specialist family law firms in Melbourne. Before that she gained experience in other areas of law, including commercial and residential property and Wills and estates, in addition to family law.

Sally is experienced in all areas of family law and in particular financial matters including property division, spousal maintenance and child support, and children’s matters, including parenting arrangements, parental responsibility and family violence and abuse issues. She represents clients with legal issues relating to marriages, de facto relationships, and third-party interests.

When working with clients and other professionals, Sally applies a team approach. She supports and guides her clients, taking into account their individual circumstances. Sally provides practical and solution focussed legal advice. While she aims to assist clients to resolve matters amicably, should litigation be necessary, Sally is a determined advocate for clients.

Sally is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Victorian Women Lawyers.
