Siobhan was admitted to practice in December 2016 and commenced her career in family law as a Judge’s Associate in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (as it then was), where she developed a comprehensive understanding of litigation and court processes. Siobhan then worked as a family lawyer at a major national law firm in Melbourne, whilst also volunteering at the Women’s Legal Service.
Before joining Forte Family Lawyers in January 2022, Siobhan also worked as a paralegal at one of London’s leading family law firms where she gained further experience working on complex parenting and property matters involving high net worth international families.
Drawing from her diverse experience, Siobhan has a strong understanding of the cultural, emotional and legal aspects of relationship breakdown. She supports her clients in a sensitive and considerate manner while providing clear and pragmatic legal advice.
Siobhan is a member of Victorian Women Lawyers, the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
Siobhan is a contributing author to Wolters Kluwer/CCH Australian Family Law and Practice to the De Facto Relationships chapter.
