Clare McIntosh

Clare graduated from Deakin University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction.

During her university studies, Clare worked as a personal legal assistant at a boutique family law firm in regional Victoria.

After completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Clare spent two years working at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. She commenced as a Deputy Associate in South Australia and was subsequently promoted to an Associate role in Victoria. During this experience, she cemented her interest in family law and gained extensive knowledge of the legal system and court processes.

Clare was admitted to practice as an Australian Lawyer in October 2022 and commenced at Forte Family Lawyers in July 2024.

Clare is member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Victorian Women Lawyers.
