About
Emily Miller graduated from Deakin University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management.
Emily worked as a Deputy Associate at the (now) Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. She was subsequently promoted to an Associate role, which she held for approximately 3 years. Her experience at the Court has provided Emily with a solid foundation in court processes and procedure in family law matters.
Emily completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice before being admitted to practice as an Australian Lawyer in October 2024 and commenced at Forte Family Lawyers in October 2024.
Emily is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Victorian Women Lawyers.
