About You

You will bring:

  • 5 + years’ PAE with strong family law experience
  • A demonstrated interest in financial and property matters.
  • Excellent drafting, research and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

About Forte Family Lawyers

We are a team of 25 family lawyers, including 5 partners all of whom are highly regarded accredited family law specialists.

We act for private clients in a range of family law areas, including

  • Bankruptcy
  • receivership and insolvency
  • superannuation
  • financial agreements including pre-nuptial
  • disputes involving third parties and complex financial structures
  • high risk parenting cases and surrogacy.

Our clients are local, interstate and international.
