Senior Associate
About You
You will bring:
- 5 + years’ PAE with strong family law experience
- A demonstrated interest in financial and property matters.
- Excellent drafting, research and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
About Forte Family Lawyers
We are a team of 25 family lawyers, including 5 partners all of whom are highly regarded accredited family law specialists.
We act for private clients in a range of family law areas, including
- Bankruptcy
- receivership and insolvency
- superannuation
- financial agreements including pre-nuptial
- disputes involving third parties and complex financial structures
- high risk parenting cases and surrogacy.
Our clients are local, interstate and international.
