Vivienne Pergaminos graduated from Monash University with a Juris Doctor (JD) in 2021 and was the recipient of the Annie Moylan JD Professional (Family Law Stream) Practice Prize in 2022. After graduating, Vivienne undertook an Associateship for two years at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in the Chambers of a Senior Judicial Registrar and a Division 2 Judge.

Following admission to the Supreme Court in September 2023, Vivienne practised at Victoria Legal Aid advocating for disadvantaged clients in Family Law and Family Violence matters before joining Forte Family Lawyers in July 2025.

Vivienne is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Victorian Women Lawyers and the Asian Australian Lawyers’ Association.

Vivienne speaks Vietnamese.

Vivienne sinh ra tại Việt Nam và cùng gia đình di cư sang Úc khi cô lên 5 tuổi. Cô tốt nghiệp Cử nhân Khoa học (Danh dự) vào năm 1996 và hoàn thành bằng Juris Doctor tại Đại học Monash vào năm 2021, nơi cô được trao Giải thưởng Thực hành Chuyên môn Annie Moylan JD (Chuyên ngành Luật Gia đình) vào năm 2022.

Sau khi tốt nghiệp, Vivienne đảm nhiệm vị trí Thư ký Tòa (Associateship) trong hai năm tại Tòa án Liên bang và Gia đình Úc, làm việc tại Phòng của một Thẩm phán Cao cấp (Senior Judicial Registrar) và một Thẩm phán Phân hệ. Sau khi được nhận vào hành nghề tại Tòa án Tối cao vào tháng 9 năm 2023, cô hành nghề tại Victoria Legal Aid, đại diện cho những khách hàng yếu thế trong các vụ việc liên quan đến Luật Gia đình và Bạo lực Gia đình. Vivienne gia nhập Forte Family Lawyers vào tháng 7 năm 2025.

Với kinh nghiệm trong các vấn đề về nuôi con và phân chia tài sản, Vivienne mang đến sự tận tâm, hiểu biết sâu sắc và góc nhìn đa văn hóa trong từng vụ việc.
