Emily graduated from Griffith University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice before being admitted as an Australian Lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2024.

During her tertiary studies, Emily completed an internship at a leading corporate law firm, gaining experience in business development and franchising. Emily later worked within a family law firm supporting Independent Children’s Lawyers, which reinforced her interest in family law.

Prior to joining Forte Family Lawyers, Emily completed her graduate year at a prominent, specialist family law firm on the Gold Coast.

Emily is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Victorian Women’s Lawyers, and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
