Jenny Nguyen

Jenny Nguyen graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws.

Jenny commenced her legal practice at a boutique firm specialising in Wills and Estates. She then worked as an Associate at the (now) Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, where she gained valuable insight into court procedures and family law processes. Jenny was admitted as an Australian Lawyer on 6 December 2022 and joined Forte Family Lawyers in July 2025.

Jenny is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, and Victorian Women Lawyers.

Jenny speaks Vietnamese.
