Lili Halliwell

Lili graduated from Griffith University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted as an Australian lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2021.

During her graduate studies, Lili undertook a legal internship through which she gained experience across a variety of practice areas, cementing her interest in family law. Following her admission, she practised exclusively in family law at a prominent Queensland specialist family law firm. Lili relocated interstate to join Forte Family Lawyers in October 2025.

Lili is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Victorian Women’s Lawyers, and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
