Vivienne Pergaminos graduated from Monash University with a Juris Doctor (JD) in 2021 and was the recipient of the Annie Moylan JD Professional (Family Law Stream) Practice Prize in 2022. After graduating, Vivienne undertook an Associateship for two years at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in the Chambers of a Senior Judicial Registrar and a Division 2 Judge.

Following admission to the Supreme Court in September 2023, Vivienne practised at Victoria Legal Aid advocating for disadvantaged clients in Family Law and Family Violence matters before joining Forte Family Lawyers in July 2025.

Vivienne is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, and Victorian Women Lawyers.

Vivienne speaks Vietnamese.
