Yvonne Maurer was admitted into legal practice in July 2025 and joined Forte Family Lawyers as a lawyer in November 2025.
She completed her postgraduate law qualifications at the University of Zurich in March 2015 and at the University of Melbourne (LLM) in March 2024.
Before working at Forte Family Lawyers, Yvonne was admitted to the Swiss Bar in January 2019. She then practiced for three years at a small-to-mid-size law firm in Zurich, Switzerland, where she advised national and international clients primarily in family law matters.
Prior to her admission to the Swiss Bar, Yvonne gained work experience in various areas of law. She was a clerk assistant at a district court in the canton of Zurich and a trainee lawyer at a commercial law firm in Zurich and a cross-border (German-French) specialised law firm, in Lyon, France.
Yvonne is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Victorian Women Lawyers.
Yvonne is fluent in Swiss German and German. She also speaks conversational Spanish and French.
Yvonne Maurer wurde im Juli 2025 als Rechtsanwältin in Victoria zugelassen und trat im November desselben Jahres bei Forte Family Lawyers ein.
Sie schloss ihre Master der Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Zürich im März 2015 sowie an der University of Melbourne (LL.M.) im März 2024 ab.
Bevor sie zu Forte Family Lawyers kam, wurde sie im Januar 2019 als Rechtsanwältin in der Schweiz zugelassen und war drei Jahre lang in einer kleinen bis mittelgrossen Anwaltskanzlei in Zürich tätig, in welcher sie nationale und internationale Klienten vor allem in familienrechtlichen Angelegenheiten beriet.
Vor ihrer Zulassung als Rechtsanwältin in der Schweiz sammelte Yvonne Berufserfahrung in verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten. Sie arbeitete als Auditorin an einem Bezirksgericht im Kanton Zürich, als Substitutin in einer Wirtschaftskanzlei in Zürich sowie in einer auf grenzüberschreitende (deutsch-französische) Rechtsangelegenheiten spezialisierten Kanzlei in Lyon, Frankreich.
Yvonne ist Mitglied des Law Institute of Victoria, der Family Law Section des Law Council of Australia und der Victorian Women Lawyers.
Yvonne spricht fliessend Schweizerdeutsch und Deutsch. Ausserdem spricht sie Spanisch und Französisch auf Konversationsniveau.

Trabajó como practicante de Derecho en un juzgado de primera instancia del cantón de Zúrich, en un bufete de abogados especializado en Derecho económico de Zúrich y en un bufete especializado en asuntos legales transfronterizos (alemán-francés) situado en Lyon (Francia).

Elle est membre du Law Institute of Victoria, de la section du droit de la famille du Law Council of Australia et de l’association Victorian Women Lawyers.
Elle parle le suisse-allemand et l’allemand, et a un niveau conversationnel en espagnol et en français.
